Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located cottage. Located in the historic Pecan District off Raguet, this house is walking distance to SFA & Homer Bryce Stadium. Perfect for attending SFA tailgates, summer orientation, or parents' weekends. Close to the azalea gardens, native plant center & Lanana creek walking & biking trails. The house is newly updated with central heat & air, energy-efficient windows, & a remodeled bathroom. Yet, it still has the original hardwood floors, fun tile, shiplap & a large backyard for entertaining. Backyard is fenced & home is pet-friendly (pet deposit required).

Turn the heat down to 64 or air up to 74, turn off the lights, put trash in the outside bin (on the side of the house), place the dirty towels in the tub, leave beds unmade and lock up.
