Nestled in historic Nacogdoches, TX sits a uniquely vintage renovated 1940’s home. This home is centrally located to everything Nacogdoches has to offer from the Historic brick streets of downtown to the beautiful campus of Stephen F. Austin State University. Offering three full bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms, the Martin Bungalow is the perfect home away from home for a weekend retreat or extended stay! The home is fully furnished and stocked with basic amenities needed for your stay!

The home has a full kitchen with range, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the home.

The front bedroom has a king size bed with flat screen TV. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed with flat screen TV, and the back bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and flat screen TV. The living room sleeper sofa includes an additional queen bed and a love seat. The living room has a 55" flat screen TV.

The house has a large front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a fenced back yard (please inquire about pet policy) with outdoor seating and firepit! We look forward to welcoming you into this adorable property for your next visit to the Oldest Town in Texas!

This property is a perfect location! Very close to the shopping and dining in the historic district. Historic property with modern conveniences and a fenced yard for our dog :) The complimentary coffee bar was very appreciated!

Such a lovely home. We have stayed several times and it is always wonderful. Check in process is easy and host is always responsive if we need anything. Comfortable beds and furniture. So nice to be able to relax and enjoy time with family and a bonus to be able to bring our dog with us. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We have enjoyed all of our stays and look forward to many more!

Adorable home that was perfect for our stay. Easy walking distance to Main Street, we went during the blueberry festival. It has all the things I look for - comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a stocked kitchen. The hosts were incredibly responsive and replied quickly whenever we had a question, they made us feel very welcome. Loved the front porch swing and picnic table out back. I would definitely stay here again!

Wow! We have stayed in Vrbo properties all over the United States and even in Europe several times. I consider myself a judge of great properties and this one is definitely one of them. Everything about the house was comfortable and easy to manage. The decor is so creative and truly exceptional. Comfy beds and everything you could ask for in the kitchen and just a fabulous location for everything in Nacogdoches.

This cozy renovated home is just blocks from the red brick square in the oldest town in Texas. Close to all of the activities but on a quiet street where you can feel "away from it all." The mattress on the king bed is perfection! Be sure to visit the Wild Bleu boutique on the square.
