This is the older and more rustic of the two cabins available to rent on the Prospect Mountain property. Both cabins sit on opposite sides of a bass fishing pond that is a few acres in size. It is the original hunting lodge used for commercial hunting operations on the property. This is a cozy cabin with an old school country charm and the perfect sportsman's retreat with a hunting camp vibe. A great place to cookout and enjoy the outdoors in a scenic setting. Access to three stocked fishing ponds within short walking distance. There is an outdoor grill, indoor gas fireplace, a covered screened in porch, and a covered open air porch, and a boat dock on the pond out back within view of the porch.Direct TV. Rifle target shooting range up to 200 yards, access available upon request to property manager. Inquire about seasonal deer or turkey hunting opportunities. Bring your own fishing rods and tackle. A boat, trolling motor, and a battery are available upon request. Fish cleaning facilities are on the property if needed.
