5 day stay

Owner promptly assisted us when we had difficulty opening door (our error). Property seems to be 1/2 of a duplex in residential area - convenient for our stay for a wedding/vacation in area. Everything was as advertised including screened in back porch. Would definitely stay here again should we be back in the area.

Remodeling wasn’t quite finished

We stayed there in early February 2024. They were doing remodeling painting, etc. decorating, etc. They had not finished the outside and windows needing washing and repainting doors. Finding local channels on television was challenging and wasn’t able to do it. The hostess was more than willing to continue to straighten these things out for future guests. She was extremely polite and helpful. We had a wonderful time in Southwest Florida.
