It's always sunny in Cape Coral, Florida! Life floats by like a light sea breeze in this community just North of the Caloosahatchee River. Staying here on the calm canal is truly peaceful. The neighborhood is so quiet you won't even hear a car go by. The open concept allows you to cook for your friends and family and still be present in the moment to create lasting memories. It's unlike any hotel. We can't wait for you to experience the joy of staying in our newly furnished vacation home!

Great group of guests but with poor communications, one of them were - they assumed that one of our beds was Full Size but it is officially a Queen Size and all receipts are available. Needles to say that being a Host since 2019 we never had these kind of issues.
Also, seems like they vacated a couple days earlier and never responded to our messages to clarify their plans to return or not.
Other than these confusions - they were a great group of senior retirees...
