Close to Intl Airport, restaurants, walking distance to the beach, nice touristic area, next to two five start hotels, the Ritz Carlton and El San Juan resort and Casino. A $ 40.00 cash security deposit will be required, and will be return upon return of the studio keys. Free internet. NO Parking, Limited street parking. Full bed on picture with comfortable mattress, up to 3 guest when use along with the futon.

No parking if rento g a vehicle. Jose was great and “no bugs at all. Will be staying again in this area. Planes are flying over condos until 11:00 pm.

Extremely convenient to the airport. Really great, walkable, and safe area with plenty to do and see. The apartment was very clean, which was #1 on my wife's list of "musts". It's not huge, but has everything you need including a hot plate, microwave, and pretty big fridge if you're doing any cooking. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. The host, Jose, is a gem. Super communication, everything was beyond easy. Any the price was perfect for us. We'll be back for sure!

It was close to everything in a lovely part of town. Don't let the closeness to the airport scare you we heard nothing. I will stay there again for sure
