We had a wonderful stay for a short weekend trip. The rooms were nice, the house was in a good location with water views, and the outdoor accommodations were excellent especially with animals.
The owners are fantastic to work with, very accessible and on top of everything. I had a personal emergency and needed to change dates of our stay, and she was wonderful in accommodating that. The home is very clean and welcoming. Perfect location to unplug and enjoy the river. Looking forward to staying again.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. We have 3 smart TVs in the home which use streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Basic channels can be watched via the smart Live TV app.
The property was very clean, had everything we needed for are stay. We rented this because my wife’s grandfather passed away. We very quiet nice out door space. Neighborhood was very safe, friendly neighbors. We would stay here again if we need to come to town. We live in Raleigh so it’s a nice getaway from city life.
Nice, clean place to stay. Very close boat ramp. Getting in and turned around is a little tight. A tropical storm had just blown through so there was flooding and the dock was under water. Host is attentive and easy to reach. Would stay again if fishing in the area.
Very special property nearly surrounded by water. It's immaculately clean & well-appointed. Bring your kayak, canoe or boat! The restaurants in downtown Belhaven (esp. Bistro 1904 & The Mad Batter) are comparable to the best in any big city I've visited!
House was clean, but dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher had gotten moldy and there was a small plumbing issue. Property owner was out of the country so didn't respond until the next day. Once we sorted that out everything was fine.
Location is very remote, but quiet. House had everything we needed, with the exception of a hair dryer. We had fun hanging out and fishing, though not catching. 😀
