THE HOUSE: Did somebody say, Goat?  This family loves goats and sports a fun picture of three goats above the door in their living room.  Thus, the name of the cottage, Billy's Goats Gruff!  A newly built, open-concept house with clean lines, contemporary furnishings, and ready for relaxation. Gourmet kitchen, dining, and living room with all of the modern amenities and new appliances. The screened-in sun porch provides river views and no bugs. Hardwood floors and minimal window treatments all combine to create a wonderful ambiance. The house is ideal for 6 people with the master suite on one side of the great room and the two other bedrooms on the opposite side of the great room with a shared bath.  Privacy for all!  Enjoy the fresh Maine air on the open deck or screened porch, or head down to the dock and enjoy the Sheepscot River views!  Just 10 minutes from Rt. 1 in Wiscasset for easy day trips throughout Maine.
