You are definitely on the beach in this unit. Sit on the Balcony in the bar height furniture and enjoy the panoramic view of the Beach and Gulf. The Master has a 26 inch LCD TV with DVD, walk in closet and ceiling fan. The Fully Equipped drop dead gorgeous kitchen has recessed lighting throughout and is open to the Living and Dining Area. The living room features a 46 inch LCD TV, the guest bedrooms each have a 22 inch LCD TV. Stay cool with the ceiling fans in all the Bedrooms and the living room. **Master bath is handicapped accessible. Corner seat, hand held shower and 1 hand rail** There is a tub/shower in the guest bathroom.

Jetty East is currently undergoing center stairwell replacement that could go until June 15th. Elevators and two additional stairwells are available along with a temporary center stairwell while the work is being completed. Work should not impact access to beach or units. Any noise, if not minimal, will not be a constant and is only permitted Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please message host for more details if needed.
