The location and condo were nice. The chairs and umbrella available on the beach was good too.

The layout of the condo was nice. There were no comforters on the twin beds so the kids got cold and we gave them the comforters from the other 2 beds. There were no lights at the pool until we emailed the property, but they had them on for our last night's stay and they were prompt to respond. Good stay for the price.

Great Location and Nice Place

When driving up to the location, it seemed to be a little on the smaller side, but after being there for just a little bit of time, we really enjoyed the smaller building. The place was very nice inside and had a great deal of space for the 6 of us. The three bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice as well. The other plus side to the smaller building is that the beach didn't seem to be as crowded as some of the other larger buildings. The beach in front of each building it set for that building. We never felt crowded on the beach and the beach chairs and umbrellas were a plus too. Overall, we would definitely stay here again as it was just enough off the main drag to be a quieter setting and more relaxing overall.

The beach access is perfect, there is plenty of parking, and it’s a great location on Okaloosa Island. The condo was very comfortable, there are a couple of things That could use some updating but overall we had no problems with our condo. I would have preferred there be a door on the master bedroom bathroom but it’s very easy to work around and there is a privacy. Thanks!

The condo was clean on the inside and ready early. There is a big difference in the heat/air in the condo. Of course, it was warmer in the condo on the Gulf side. The outside temp was low 70's. Suggestion: replace the lounge chair to two more seats on the balcony.We would stay at this location again.

Hurricane Michael Shortened Trip

The master bathroom was inside the master bedroom, but the bedroom wasn't separated from the bathroom by a door, which was odd and inconvenient. Everything in the unit was in working order. The location was good and beach service was OK. They didn't put up umbrellas the second day we were there, probably because of the pending hurricane.Our trip was shortened by Hurricane Michael as we were forced to evacuate on Tuesday of our Saturday-Saturday rental. We received communication from the rental company on Monday afternoon that we had to be out by Tuesday at 10 AM. We never received communication after the evacuation that the unit was safe to return to, which I assume that it was.

When we arrived we noticed one of the toilets leaking and I submitted a work order. Within a few minutes, the property gave me a call. I couldn't ask for a faster response. Overall, the condo was excellent. I would give give it a 5 out of 5 rating. The only thing I would suggest if I had to pick something to address would be to repair the popcorn ceiling in the hallway and to give the condo an overall deep cleaning. We will definitely be back next year!
