High Pointe Resort is a gated-community on 30A, nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The 6,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool with waterfalls, a kiddie pool and hot tub are a huge draw; as well tennis courts, golf practice net, shuffle board courts, barbeque grills, and the crowned jewel, Crabby Steve’s gulf-front Bar and Grill, which allows guests to enjoy lunch, dinner or Rhonda’s famous drinks right on-site with complimentary sunset views every day.

This corner unit has wrap around Gulf Views and has been renovated to provide luxury living! The kitchen, living and dining spaces are all open to one another to allow seamless entertaining. Step out onto the wrap around balcony to dine al fresco or drink in the Gulf Views! The kitchen boasts ample cooking space with bar seating for four, wood beams provide warmth to the space and has top notch stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats six and has stunning views of the emerald coast through ceiling to floor windows. Additionally there is a full size washer and dryer for guests convenience. There are two king primary suites, both with private en suites and balcony access! Both primary en suites have dual sinks and tiled walk in showers. The third guest bedroom has two queen beds and access to a shared guest bathroom with a single sink and tub/shower combo. Condo sleeps a total of 8 guests comfortably!

Walking, shopping, or dining at over 20 nearby restaurants in Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Villages of Seacrest are also a plus. Favorite restaurants at Rosemary Beach (.03 miles/2 blocks) include Pescados, Havana Beach and Grill at The Pearl Hotel, La Crema, Edwards, Wild Olives and more. Kids enjoy walks or bike rides to Sugar Shack as a vacation tradition.
