This great location is also directly across from The Villages of South Walton’s shops, boutiques, and entertainment and just 3 blocks from Alys Beach!

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall was a great stay and we loved the location. It fit our group well for our long weekend visiting Florida.Unfortunately only one of the negatives was the property wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived from dirty floors and kitchen was not very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful week at this beautiful house! Awesome location, such a close walk to Rosemary and so many shops and food. Very quick and easy walk to the beach and so wonderful to have two chairs and an umbrella waiting for you. We were short hangers for a few closets and they were immediately delivered to us. Anytime I had a question it was very quickly addressed. Would love to return.

Girlfriend Trip

We went the last part of October when Rosemary Beach is all in the spirit of Halloween. The weather was perfect and the Edge of the Sea was an amazing place to stay. There were five ladies and we each had our own room. I had the master suite on the 3rd floor and had a partial view of the Gulf with the entire floor to myself. There is another master on the 2nd floor which is also the kitchen and living area. The bottom floor is all bedrooms and entry. The property manager and owner respond immediately with each and every question or concern and, if with all issues there were immediately corrected or rectified -- although all were very minor! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect home for a family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here in September 2023 with a group of 7 adults and one infant. The house was absolutely perfect and SO close to the beach, which was especially convenient when toting around a baby. We really enjoyed the pool, which was larger than expected based on the photos, and the use of the bikes.
