The house is every bit as good as it looks online. Kiva beach access is right across the street, and we enjoyed the space for a large group. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great property.

Very well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The house was very family friendly and comfortable, as well as beautiful. We had an extended family of 60 staying in four different houses and this one in particular impressed everyone. Only issue we had was housekeeping related. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family enjoyed every aspect of this beautiful, new home. The location was perfect and the view amazing. It was very helpful to have the chairs and umbrellas provided. Property was clean and Dana was quick to respond on any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property for your next family or group vacation.

We had the best time! The house was beautiful and appeared exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was great and all people were very friendly. East beach access and shuttle as well. We did not want for anything the whole time! Cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful home and resort

We overall enjoyed our stay! The elevator was a huge help with 3 levels and the main living area on the 3rd floor. The stairs worked the muscles but it was worth it. The beds were super comfortable. The golf cart was helpful to cruise the neighborhood. We loved the kid games and noodles for the pool! We also loved the pool club to order food and drinks. One recommendation is to have another coffee pot. We were glad one of our friends brought another one during our stay. One of the drawers in the boys bunk room wouldn’t open and seemed to be a cheap piece of furniture. Checking in was confusing and frustrating. We got there at 2:40 after an 8 hour drive and the listing wasn’t cleaned yet. We had to unload our groceries into the unit while it was dirty. I called the owner and she was short and didn’t say she was sorry but said she would get right on it. However she didn’t call me back to give me an update even though I kindly asked her to. We had to guess when the cleaning was done. One of the families, that arrived an hour after us, got there and there were 3 people working hard and busy cleaning. They finished within 2 hours. I feel the rental wasn’t cleaned as well as if they had more time. The 3rd level floors were still dirty but I don’t think it’s the cleaning crew’s fault. They did the best they could to get us in. I wish the owner would’ve communicated better with us. Overall, loved the resort and the neighborhood. We will stay in Kiva Resort again!

I was in communication with them and they said you were doing great and unloading your goods. This is a new home, and I am so sorry that you were a part of the team working out this glitch.
