It was a pleasure hosting Anthony and his family. He was thoughtful, communicated clearly, and was respectful throughout their stay.
They left the house clean and tidy, and I would gladly welcome them back anytime.
This was a really amazing place to stay. You could tell the previous people who lived there really took pride in their home and did several neat add-ons, such as a "secret" room downstairs, sauna, steam room, and more! We will definitely return someday.
What a beautiful and comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay so much while the interior of our home was being painted. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay there. - I am looking into getting a steam shower now -Jennifer

Thank you, Christina, for the great communication and for leaving the place in such great condition.
The home was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, dining and living room space for our large family. The bedrooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable with soft bedding. The sauna and steam shower in the master bath were an excellent amenity! We loved the fully fenced backyard for our dogs. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes away from shopping and freeways. The host was excellent! Responded to us immediately if we had a question and was wonderful to work with. We had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again!
Beautiful home and very clean! Responsive and helpful host, Elena, took care of any issues promptly. Pretty steep stairs to the upper rooms so plan for that. Extremely private backyard.
It worked great as a landing spot for a family get together. The patio was amazing and we spent a great deal of time outside relaxing. We must not have seen it in the listing but it had a steam shower! Seriously a highlight of the trip was waking up and sitting in the steam!
Large enough temporary home for three working men that cared about their own privacy while enjoying cooking and dining together. The house provided the most impressive amount of amenities, cooking utensils, pots and pans, small appliances, ever encountered in previous vrbo rentals. Our four weeks at this house provided the same comfort of being and feeling at home.Thank you, Elena, you are a great host!
Very good communications and coordination. Nothing at all was wrong, but we were not on site very much as we were there to attend to some pretty intense business. As such, we did not get an opportunity to experience things like the steam shower in the sauna so I cannot comment on those. Very convenient location, but there is a fair amount of road noise, which is probably normal for most people, but we live in the country so we weren’t quite used to it and there’s only one bedroom in the back of the house so the others are facing that fairly busy road. Obviously there’s nothing that anyone can do about that so it’s not a complaint just to be noted. Again, very polite and accommodating host so that is really the most important thing overall.
With the exception of not having internet for 5 days, which put a damper on our trip, I would recommend this home. Host was very nice and friendly. She did give us a TOKEN gift for all of the issues we had with the internet. I would stay there again if I visit Auburn again. One suggestion would be is to put a TV in all of the bedrooms.

Slightly disappointed
The outside definitely needs work as the website pictures were not accurate to the current state of the property. The availability was inaccurate and the website allowed me to book for a day that the owner later told me was actually NOT available which was a hassle. The owner was very nice and easy to deal with. But the outside space of the house needs some care and attention.

I'm sorry to have received this review of just three stars for our Airbnb. We take a lot of pride in maintaining our super host status and we take seriously any criticisms so we can improve the experience for our guests. This review is coming from someone who booked our Airbnb for other guests, but did in fact not stay there. The reviewer mentions only a general critique that the outside does not look like the pictures. We are unsure of what precisely is the issue and even though it's not pictured, our assumption is that our outdoor fish pond, which we are currently working on was not aesthetically pleasing. Beyond that we maintain the inside and outside thoroughly and properly and it closely matches what we have pictured in the profile of the Airbnb.
