If I could give this property 0 stars I absolutely would! This was the absolutely worst property we ever booked with vrbo. DO NOT BE disguised by the pictures they have listed in the web site!If I could attach pictures here I would.
First off we walk into the unit and i immediately feel a cool draft so I walked over to the window that’s right above the bed to find that it was about a quarter way open and was going to close it but the handle was missing to roll it back in I tried to turn it by hand to get window to close but could not. I then took a look at the room and it was disgustingly dirty the ceiling fan had dust just caked on it the air vents was completely covered in dust the floors didn’t look like they’ve swept or mopped from previous guest.I then walked over to the utility closet to take a peak to see if maybe by chance the handle for the window was in there opened it up to find mice traps and the furnace filter so covered in dirt and dust that I couldn’t believe it was even let air pass through it! I immediately contacted the host about the window and how filthy the property was this was approximately 6:30 pm about ten minutes after our arrival and didn’t even get a response from them till almost midnight, stating for me send pictures so that they could see how dirty the place was and that they would send a cleaning crew over in the morning lol!!! Nothing about a window handle to close the window with the outside temperature dropping to high 30’s! We didn’t stay
