Open concept kitchen, dining and living area. 2 bedrooms + 1 office + 1 Bathroom with glass shower.

Close to Mooney's Bay Beach and South Keys Shopping Center.

Entrance: Self-check-in; Closet at entrance for coats and shoes.

Living room: Large sectional sofa with smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime included) and electric fireplace (non-heating) for a cozy setting. Remotes are located below the TV.

Dining Room: 8 seater dining table

Kitchen: Full-Kitchen includes Fridge, Freezer, Stove and Oven, Dishwasher and Microwave.

1 Full Bathroom. Barn door connecting bathroom to master bedroom is locked but semi-private.

Master bedroom: Queen bed, smart TV, 2 night stands, walk-through closet connects to office.

Second Bedroom: Double Bed with chest of drawers (6 drawers)

Office: Glass table work space with office chair

1. No Laundry in the unit.
2. Master bedroom connects openly to the office via a walkthrough closet .
3. Barn door connecting bathroom and Master Bedroom is semi-prive.
4. There are residents in the lower unit, please be respectful.
5. No access to the backyard.
