This home is a special place that is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to town. With 4 bedrooms, a large living room and a separate lanai you and your family can enjoy the home comfortably or take a walk downtown to one of the many restaurants or some shopping. This home is only 2 minutes drive from Renningers Antique Flea Market, a few minutes away from most wedding venues and 15 minutes away from the Wekiva and Kelly Rock Springs .

This home accommodates between 6 and 7 guests with two bathrooms and a large living room area.
