Brand new South Sandpoint home, only 2 blocks from the lake and 3 from the Memorial Field (home of the Festival of Sandpoint) & within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops.
The home has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed & two twin beds. Full bath with shower & washer and dryer. Fiber optic internet, a full kitchen, air conditioning along with 2 off street parking spots.

Our home is in the desirable location of South Sandpoint, 5 blocks from the core of downtown and 2 blocks from the Lake Pend Oreille and just a short walk to City Beach.
You can walk or ride your bike to multiple restaurants, breweries, bars, shops...
Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort is just 20 minutes away along with The Idaho Club which is the only Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Idaho.

Highly recommend

We stayed here over July 4th with our 2 kids (age 6 and 9). The property was perfect for our family of 4! It was very clean and adequately equipped. The proximity to downtown was perfect for riding our bikes for food, shopping, and recreation at City Beach. We very much hope to come back in the future!
