This charming beachfront villa accommodates up to 10 guests with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Located directly on the sugar white sand, enjoy splendid views and the emerald hued waters. The cozy comforts and location provides a lovely laid back ambiance which serenely enhances your stay at the beach. You are only steps away from taking a plunge in the gorgeous gulf, soaking up the rays of the sun on the shimmering beach and hearing the soothing sound of the surf!



Blue Mountain Villa 2A is complete with plush furnishings and pleasing coastal shades of blue that provides a fine compliment to the beautiful wood flooring. The main floor encompasses the villa for maximum space for relaxation. Guests will find a love seat and a couch to soak in the view from the panoramic sliding glass doors. For the dining space, a glass topped table with eight white leather chairs and four bar stools nearby provide additional dining space. The sleek granite countertop bar faces the kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks. The fully furnished kitchen features a large basin sink, a spacious fridge for groceries, and a Keurig for your morning coffee.



For sleeping arrangements, stroll up the stairs to settle in for the night with ease. Unwind for the night in either the set of queen beds with full hallway bath, or the charming gulf facing Master King Suite nestled nearby. In the Master, stroll out the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony overlooking the glistening gulf. Both full bathrooms on the upper floor have a shower and a tub spacious vanities and counters.



This amazing and private location is very close to popular beachfront restaurants, the Blue Mountain Creamery, golf courses and tennis and lots of family fun!

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* Parking- 2 Designated Parking Spots. Please seek office assistance for additional parking in the area to avoid ticketing or fines.

* Weddings/Events– Are not permitted at this home per HOA rules and regulations.

* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*

4th time staying here. Location is great. Right on the beach, very quiet street that is off the traffic of 30A.The people at Beach Reunion are the best people I have ever dealt with. Can't recommend them enough. They even made accommodations to get us checked in a day early as we needed to come down a day early to get ahead of a major winter storm. We will certainly rent with them again.

Amazing location

We had an amazing time at this villa. Space is as described, very spacious for our family of 5. Steps to the beach, great decks for watching sea life swim by and walking distance to restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

I was a little nervous because there were not any reviews . The rental was PERFECT! Walking distance to Blue Mountain Bakery and Creamery . Views were amazing . House was clean and updated. No issues or concerns .

Loved it

I was very happy with our stay! The place was clean and in a great location. Loved that we got an equipment voucher so we were able to get two bikes for free with our stay. The communication was excellent and they always got back to me very quickly. My only negative comments would be that the wood on the balconies was a little old and popped up in a couple places. Kinda rough on the bare feet, but no biggie. I would also have loved to have a screen on the bedroom sliding door so we could sleep with the door open and listen to the ocean. We tried but the bugs made us shut it. Overall I was VERY pleased and will consider trying to get this place again next year.

The condo’s location was excellent—just steps from the beach and close to a bakery, creamery, restaurants, souvenir shops, and a convenience store. Daily umbrella setup was a great perk, and we were able to rent additional chairs. The beach views from both balconies were beautiful. The beds were comfortable, and the water stayed hot even with our group of 10.Communication with the property manager was excellent. Responses were prompt, and issues were addressed quickly. Linens for the sofa beds were delivered the same evening we requested them, and a broken bathroom faucet was fixed the same day.However, we were disappointed with the overall condition of the condo. It felt dated and could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs in the windowsills, towel bars were rusty, and some ceiling or wall repairs appeared to be in progress. There was no vacuum, which made managing sand difficult. The cookware was worn or damaged, and rust was visible on vents and bathroom hinges.Although the condo sleeps 10, it’s not well-equipped for that many guests. The living room lacked adequate seating, and the balcony railings felt loose. The master bedroom door didn’t close fully, so it couldn’t be locked, which was frustrating.Overall, while the condo met our basic needs and didn’t ruin our vacation, we expected better upkeep and comfort given the prime location. That said, the management team was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.
