CELL SERVICE
There is poor cell coverage in the area. We recommend taking note of the WiFi password and access code beforehand. Cell network strength can vary by topology, time of day, weather, and whether you’re located inside or outside of a vehicle or house.

WEATHER
The property is in a remote location, and you'll be traveling on mountain roads to get there. The roads are paved, but it's important to have a 4x4 all-wheel-drive vehicle in the winter since it can get slippery. Please make sure your car, or the rental you choose, is equipped accordingly.

WILDLIFE WARNING
Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.

PET POLICY
Our pet fee is $350/stay charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays. Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.

ACCESSIBILITY
This multilevel home requires stairs to access the upper and lower floors.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home with its incredible mountain views — a perfect setting for family and friends to gather. The layout was spacious and comfortable, and the house manual (via the Wander app) was exceptionally helpful. The local concierge team was also great — quick to respond and very professional. For future guests, it may be helpful to know a bit more about the layout: the upstairs has five bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bath, while the other four bedrooms upstairs share two full baths, plus a convenient half bath on that same level. Downstairs, there’s another full bath that serves the game room (which also includes two double beds stacked). This makes the home suitable for up to 14 guests, not 12 as listed. (I do think kids would like sleeping downstairs, but most adults would not. The spiral staircase to get there requires some careful navigation.)I think a few small updates would make the experience even better, especially given the home’s premium pricing. (In particular, this beautiful chef's kitchen was woefully ill-equipped -- there was enough glassware or enough basic cooking utensils. This could be solved by a quick Target run!)Still, overall it was a wonderful property and I would definitely rent it again and would recommend it to other larger groups.
