About this property
Charming Columbia Home - walking distance to downtown and the Arts District
Enjoy the charm of Columbia with the whole family in this cozy historic home located just blocks away from the arts district and downtown's shops, eateries, and attractions.
We love that you are considering a stay in the town we call home!
This was a historic house that we slowly and thoughtfully renovated this last year with the hope that it would one day get to be a peaceful place for guests to stay, be refreshed and make memories.
The house is located within walking distance of the historic arts district and downtown, but we hope it’s a place that you will want to stay to relax at the end of the day.
We wanted to be intentional with every detail - from the furniture, to the design, and wide open spaces to be together with the people you love.
Two of the bedrooms are fitted with king beds, room darkening curtains, private sitting areas and exposed brick chimneys. The back bedroom can sleep two others on separate twin beds.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and enjoying meals together in the shared dining space.
Off of the main living space, there is a roomy bathroom with a waterfall-style shower, a bathtub perfect for soaking, and a double vanity.
We also have a stacked washer and dryer unit - which makes this home perfect for longer stays if needed!
Best of all is the backyard! The back deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee and looks over a private backyard perfect for outdoor entertainment, relaxation and dining. We hope this place can be your home away from home whenever you plan your visit to Columbia!
* If you are looking to book a longer stay, please reach out and we would be happy to talk more about mid-term options and pricing!

About the host
Hosted by Rachel

When we first visited Columbia a few years ago, we immediately fell in love with its history and charm. And we love when others get to experience that for themselves.
We also really care about creating peaceful spaces where memories get to be made and would love to host that kind of experience for you!

Why they chose this property
The house is located in the historic district of Columbia and close to some of the city's most historic homes. Though parts of the neighborhood are still up and coming, we love getting to be a part of bringing life back into our city.
