The main floor hosts a large kitchen & dining room, three living/family spaces, a patio fireplace, & an outdoor firepit. The fully furnished basement has its own kitchen, living space, & a recreational area housing a pool table. With ample space for everyone to come together for meals & game nights or spread out inside the house when needed, gathering with family & friends couldn't be easier!

You'll find smart TVs in every room, paddle boards, corn hole, a two-level dock, an outdoor grill, a backyard fire pit, & a wood burning fireplace. For anything else needed, downtown Gainesville is just a short 15 min drive away.

Guest access
Guests have access to whole house except for the main floor garage and two locked closets- 1 on the top floor and 1 in the basement.
Other things to note
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

Please do NOT use the indoor fireplaces. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood-burning fireplace on the patio and the backyard fire pit. Thank you!

We have cameras on the outside of the property for security purposes only and are not actively monitored. There are no cameras inside the house.

Please DO NOT park on the grass.

If you have fishing boats, there is space for up to 3 boats in our driveway. We are also only 6 minutes from the Laurel Park Boat Ramp.
- Note that the boat lift is currently NOT available for use.
- Please use the cleat on the dock to tie up.

Due to local laws for Hall County, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Yes, we recycle!
Accepted items: aluminum cans, tin, and steel cans (examples: soup & vegetable cans), newspapers and all inserts, corrugated cardboard (moving – pizza boxes), paper grocery bags, paper shopping bags, junk mail, writing & printing paper, and other paper products (anything that tears). Phonebooks and paperback books (no hardcover books), magazines, frozen food packages (please remove all contents), carton board (examples: cereal/food boxes, shoe boxes & beverage boxes), #1 Plastic soda and water bottles, #2 plastics, milk jugs, juice bottles, and other rigid containers, #3 through #7, plastic bottles and containers.
