Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please don’t leave used dishes in the sink. Don’t forget to turn off all electronic and electrical devices. The thermostat to the air condition and HVAC is right below the TV in the living room.
All used towels should be placed in the washer or the Gray basket net to the basement exit door. Kindly check to ensure all doors are locked and don’t forget to put the keys back in the lockbox.
Checkout is 11am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Additional guest added to reservation will be charged $35 per night.
Please don’t leave windows and doors open when the Heat/Air condition is on. No smoking in the property. Don’t leave used dishes in the sink.
Turn off the Air Condition/Heat, running taps and all electrical and electronics devices when going out, you may turn them back on when you return.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable beds and a LOT of space. Free parking and close to convention center and ballpark. The outside of the building does not look as nice as the inside. We were always able to park right in front. The bathroom sink never worked despite two visits from a plumber. We just used the kitchen sink. One bedroom is in the lower level and the one bathroom is on the top level. A lot of stairs for the person who sleeps in the lower level. The space worked well for our family. Every room had a fan which we loved.
