Well apportioned 2 bedroom/ 2 full bath condo with upgraded appliances, washer/dryer, full kitchen with plenty of room to ignite your culinary passion, and just minutes to the beach. Unit is a 2nd floor (stairs only) located close to shopping, grocery stores, and great restaurants. Both bedrooms feature queen beds and night stands. Living room features a queen size sleeper sofa. Both bathrooms feature zero entry tile showers and are en suite to each bedroom.The upgraded kitchen features white shaker cabinets and beautiful quartz counter tops along with plates, bowls, and cooking utensils. This amazing space will have you booking year after year in the wonderful weather of South Florida. Take a stroll along the beach where there are many spots to stop for a bite and cocktail. Visit the unique botanical gardens. This perfect little beach town is a great spot to spend your time!

***COA approval required prior to rental acceptance. Fitness center and pool are located within the community and are available for an additional fee. Pick up trucks are not permitted to park overnight. Tennis club allows pick up truck parking for a fee. One month minimum per COA requirements. Contact for details.***

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stayed 9 days and this place was perfect to stay at. We all had room to spread out and also watched a couple movies relaxing together in the front room. I loved the little touches like having use of a cooler if needed for a beach picnic, extra beach towels and laundry to keep our clothing fresh and clean. Truly a nice gem! Loved it here. Lovely property

This newly renovated second floor apartment was compact, bright, and cheerful - perfect for two of us. It was in a great location - about 15 minutes to the ocean, and minutes from all necessities. The quiet, friendly neighborhood was nice for walking and biking. A small outdoor pool, exercise room, and tennis, was available for an extra fee, if desired. Our host was very gracious and attentive, responding quickly if we had a question. We would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it.
