This fully furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is move-in ready and offers a spacious living area and a large balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze and sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the intracoastal. Enjoy the convenience of having a washer and dryer inside the unit. Heated community pool and ONE assigned parking space. Please note that association approval may take 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. Electricity up to $100 per month is included.
