Sunny beautiful property!

This was a wonderfully fully equipped home for our family of 5. We traveled for spring break with two teens, parents and grandma. Rooms were comfortable and plenty of closets and space. The outdoor area was, of course, our favorite. Lounging by the pool and really appreciate the umbrellas for shade when needed. We did utilize pool heat. It is on a busy road so lots of road noise, but nothing to detract from the beauty of this home. Also, very secure and great communication with manager. Thank you for such a lovely trip!

Step Back in Time with this Beautiful Home

Wow! We absolutely loved this house - the 60's decor was spot on, everything was clean and pristine, and the amenities were icing on the cake. All of the beds were very comfortable, the backyard was a paradise - we all enjoyed sitting by the beautiful pool and looking at the mountains and palm trees. We played pool and ping pong, enjoyed the hot tub, and everyone played the video game machine in the garage. They even have 4 bikes, which we just ran out of time to use, but would have loved to. Location is 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recommend - we would stay here again if we return to Palm Springs. Thank you Jessica and Eddie for being a great hostess and property manager! They were easy to communicate with and quickly responded to all messages.

Very nice house on a very busy/noisy road

The layout, style, and cleanliness of the house were perfect. It is nicely furnished. The yard/pool is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well-equipped, and we enjoyed having bikes. The owner and property manager were very responsive and check-in/check-out went smoothly. The house is close to shops, a park, and not too far from downtown. The only complaint, which is a major one, is that the house is located on an extremely busy street. My husband and I are light sleepers, and were awoken at least a few times each night from the street traffic. We also had to be very careful pulling out of the driveway, and leaving the house on foot/on bikes because cars were speeding by. My adult kids, who are heavy sleepers, weren’t disturbed by the noise. So heavy sleepers might be fine with the noise.

Great house, some noise

We had a lovely 10 days in the house. The decor is great and very much in the vibe of Palm Springs. Well equipped kitchen, lots of towels, etc. 4 bikes, great TVs (though we only used the family room one) and WiFi. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. And a fabulous back yard, pool (even cute pool toys), and especially the hot tub which we used daily. Gas fire pit outside and gas fireplace in the house were fantastic. We used the bbq a couple of times too and that was great. And the owners even set up a Christmas tree for us since we were there over the holiday. Good communication and all went well. Having the 24/7 contact person was great too though we didn’t need anything. One thing to keep in mind is that there is noise from the road (which is pretty busy) and especially noise from the airport as planes take off. That may be a trade off of location. Overall super enjoyed it.
