Our stay was wonderful! There was great communication with the host ahead of time and the house was lovely. Our family enjoyed our weekend near the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend !!!

The place was very clean and had everything we needed for my family to stay. It was conveniently located right done the road from the wedding venue and a block off downtown Grand Rapids. We enjoyed a short walk to an awesome coffee shop the next morning. If you’re looking for a well maintained home and close to everything this is the place.

Everything about the stay was lovely. The home was spotless and felt newly renovated. The host stopped by before check in to make sure the lock code and leave fresh muffins on the counter. The house is located right in town by the cute shops and restaurants. Will definitely return!!

This is a lovely family home in historic Grand Rapids, Ohio and it was a perfect location for our family wedding just a few minutes up the road. This home is clean, spacious, updated and it accommodated 5 adults very comfortably. It's location to the canal trails, to downtown Grand Rapids, and to Toledo itself, is perfect. Lori, our host, welcomed us with fresh cookies, sparkling waters, and an immaculate and welcoming environment--which is fresh water to travelers when traveling cross country for a family event! Thank you Lori for your heart and intention, and for your wonderful home...blessings!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The property was spotless and the hostess was super accommodating and quick to respond. The battery was running low on the door and they were there within 10 minutes to put batteries in. Again 10 stars!!

Beautifully renovated historic home in a quaint town and lovely views of the river! Absolutely great place for a family or girls trip location.This house was really nicely renovated and beautifully decorated! Very comfortable and exceptionally clean! The little downtown area looked like it had some really cute shops. Unfortunately we were there for a family funeral in a nearby town - so did not get the time to check out the town and surrounding area. But the house was so comfortable, charming and tranquil- which we very much appreciated especially under the circumstances. We did get to grab later dinners at a couple of the restaurants which we really enjoyed along with the great coffee/muffins shop in the morning. Some of my husband’s family live in a nearby town & we vowed we’d definitely rent this home again next summer & take advantage of exploring the town, river and area. Thank you for a great stay.

Luxury feel in a small town

Walkable to a cute little downtown. The place has everything you could possibly need from plush towels to all the toiletries and k-cup coffee. The host even left a sweet welcoming treat.
