We had a nice stay, but a few things- bathroom layouts were quirky, there are no curtains on windows, neighbors are not close by so that helped, beautiful views in the morning and during the day.
We had a great time. We loved the quiet, private, and unique qualities of the house and would love to return with a group for a weekend getaway. The nearby wineries in Augusta were our goal but we also enjoyed the restaurants in Union. Would definitely recommend this place.
Beautiful and unique interior with plenty of room for the family. Outside was also beautiful with the leaves changing and the lake. Beds were comfy and the home has all the things you would need to cook any meal. The pool was closed but we enjoyed playing games that were provided by the owner. Overall great stay! We would definitely stay at this property again
Very unique property with super comfortable beds. We enjoyed hanging out as a family by the fire pit. Coffee in the mornings watching all the birds and chipmunks in the back yard. Close to everywhere we needed to be. We made several meals at the house and found a great pizza place nearby, Saucys, for a cozy night in.

Family Get Away
We were looking for a home with a pool to spend the 4th of July weekend with our adult sons and their wives and this place seemed perfect. The location is good if you want to be close to shopping and restaurants, but also have a peaceful, private setting. The house is spacious and furnished nicely as stated in the property description. However, upon a closer look we noticed that it was not very clean or well maintained. The pool is also very narrow which isn’t evident from the picture. The bath and kitchen towels were mismatched and low quality. Although we didn’t need the “4th” bedroom, it really isn’t a separate bedroom and turned out to be a secondary laundry area in the primary suite with a twin bed instead of washer/dryer. Despite a little disappointment with the condition of the house we still had a nice time and really enjoyed the pool and patio area.
