Great rental!

My daughter and I stayed here while she attended a summer camp, and it was perfect for our two week stay! The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was great, and communication with the host was easy and very helpful.

Our family and I stayed here and the home is just like the photos. The house was very clean and near Protective Stadium which was where we were visiting. Joanna was always responsive although we didn’t need anything while there. Prior to the trip she answered any questions I had. Only issue we had were noisy neighbors above us but overall the stay was great!! Will definitely stay here again.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! PERFECT spot for SAMFORD families it’s literally a 2 min drive! The renovations were on point and the space was quiet and welcoming. I have a 22 year old with Autism who usually has a rough night in a new place and he loved it there!!! I will rent every time I visit!!! Best place we’ve stayed!!! The host was so quick to respond we are so pleased!!

A+ experience!

Joanna’s property was the absolute perfect place for our weekend stay in Birmingham. The space was warm and welcoming, well appointed with everything we needed, and was clean as a whistle. Our son was performing at Samford University on Friday night and Sunday afternoon, so we had Saturday to ourselves until our daughter and son-in-law joined us later that evening. With Joanna’s responsiveness and excellent communication, check in and check out were a breeze and we are already considering booking another stay here in the spring. Could not ask for a better host, property or overall experience! Thank you, Joanna!

Joanne’s home is exactly as listed. She was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late for a reasonable fee. We had an issue on day 1 where the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. I notified Joanne on the following day and she had a repair technician come out within a few hours to fix the issue. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we plan to return again.
