About the bungalow:
The Deluxe One Bedroom Garden Bungalows, with a new relaxing coastal colour palette, are a two level design with a traditional alang alang roof. Complete with kitchenette, open plan living/dining area and an outdoor style garden shower and bathroom on the ground level. The spacious bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary upstairs with a King Bed and powder room. This unique design optimises the gorgeous view of your very own private tropical garden.

Each bungalow has the traditional modern style thatched roof, a large private garden, a complete kitchenette with an adjoining dining and lounge area, a private outdoor style garden shower and bathroom, air conditioned bedrooms, TV and built in wardrobes, and international channels

The downstairs area is open style living which is unique to Bali. Bedroom upstairs are air conditioned. Breakfast can be served in your bungalow each morning or if you wish you can have it by the main poolthe choice is yours.

Security boxes are in each bedroom and we have 24 hour Security Service.

Helpful staff are on hand to help you with anything you need while you are on holiday.

About our establishment:

We are in a great location, Seminyak, right on Double Six. Close to shops, shops and more shops. Also very close by is a safe patrolled surfing beach, beachside restaurants and nightlife. The famous Legian beach is just 10 minutes walk and you will be sun-baking and having fun in no time at all. We are just on the border of Legian one of Balis trendiest nightlife and restaurant districts and not to forget Seminyaks vibrant main street with its choice of international boutiques and interesting homeware shops to browse in. The villa is just 10 minutes walk from Seminyaks famous blue ocean beach and 30 minutes away from Ngurah Rai International Airport.

All of our villas have a kitchenette with a gas stove, crockery, cutlery, kettle, pots and pans. Thats if you are planning on cooking while on holiday! You will also have private entrances, private gardens, kitchenette, IDD telephones, fans, TV and DVD player, air-conditioned bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, and free wi-fi.

A microwave and toaster oven is available on request.

The peaceful, relaxed atmosphere offers travelers tranquility whilst still in the heart of the action. Only ten minutes walk to the beach and Seminyaks shopping, restaurant and nightlife is all very close.

We also have full time staff to take care of all guest requirements. Housekeeping service, baby sitting, laundry and dry cleaning service, Ipod sounddock available on request, TV, and DVD player. For guests' leisure our staff will assist to help arrange ticketing, postal requirements, car rental and any day tours, free wi-fi, doctor on call at all times and 24 hour security on duty.
