Condo in great location

The location of this condo worked out great for us, was able to get to both ends of the strip with ease and was great being next to TopGolf! Communication with owner was great, he was very helpful.

Excellent place in prime location

The condo was clean and bigger than we expected. As part of the MGM property, we relaxed in the MGM Grand Pool complex and walked the strip at night. I highly recommend the MGM Signature.

This property is great for situations when you want to be in Vegas, but away from the “craziness” of Vegas. The private onsite pool is super convenient, and has bar and food service. Included with the room, is also access to the big pool at MGM. It’s about a 10 minute, indoor walk to the big MGM. The indoor walk is important because if you’ve been to Vegas in the summer, you know how hot it is! There is also a convenience kiosk and small food establishment in the Signature Towers. Try the peanut butter cookies!!! Yum!The room was very spacious and clean. I slept so great in the king size bed, I didn’t want to get out of it. The kitchen was super handy and stocked with necessary cooking essentials. We used it to make breakfast in the morning. The two bathrooms came in handy and the balcony is an extra added bonus! The view from the balcony overlooks the entire Top Golf, airport, private pool, and some of the other hotels. Very nice view. We also took advantage of the free valet parking, as we drove in from LA. I highly recommend this unit as well as the MGM Signature Towers. Clean, plenty of space, great location, nice view. Thank you! Can’t wait to return.

The location is perfect because you can get away from the noise of the strip but you are still close enough to walk to it. The condo was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable . Check in and check out was very easy and if you arrive earlier than 4 you can leave your bags with a bell hop. Nate is wonderful to work with. He is very responsive and answers all questions. I appreciated him checking in and even setting up a complimentary house keeping half way through our stay. The laundry room is conveniently located in tower 3 but you need to bring your own soap. The covered walkway between the towers to the MGM Grand is a must. We will definitely be back.
