We had a Bible study weekend with 9 women for 3 nights. We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was an adventurous, beautiful drive to get there. The scenery on the drive as well as at the house was all breathtaking. The biggest fun was all the deer. They were so brave and friendly. Amy and Aaron have deer corn to feed them. The deer come right up to the patio to eat. There was one mom with one baby and one with twins! Several times there were as many as10 deer in the yard at once! The house itself was perfectly clean. It was exactly as the pics on line. There ARE stairs. All us women are in our 50's and 60's. So, we got a bit of a workout. There was plenty of paper products. The beds and linens were nice. There were LOTS of kitchen items. It was an absolutely wonderful experience!
This was our first trip using Vrbo or any other platform. This home exceeded our expectations! Attention to details, Christmas decor was up, hot chocolate and popcorn there for movie night, kitchen well outfitted and firewood stacked. Our favorite highlight was the deer! Owners even provided deer corn to feed. Up to 17 for breakfast in am!. Definitely will recommend! Thank you for sharing your home!
We had an ice time at this cozy chalet near Beech Mountain, NC! Our kids, ages 5 and 7, had snow much fun playing in the fresh powder. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to the slopes, town sledding hill, and snow tubing, making it a flurry of fun and convenience. The chalet was warm and welcoming, the perfect spot to chill after a day in the snow. The owners went above and beyond, with great communication and thoughtful touches throughout. This place is the snowcap of perfection for a family getaway—highly recommend!
