The Villages are well known as America's premier Active Adult Retirement Community located in sunny central Florida.
Book your stay with us and experience luxury living at our vacation rental in The Villages that includes a 4 seater golf cart. Guests have the entire home to themselves.
Our charming rental in The Villages, 2BR/2BA offers a cozy retreat with many upgrades including walk-in showers, “adjustable” queen beds, modern kitchen, e-fireplace, and large TVs.

Yes, we are happily located in The Villages. Your stay includes complimentary access to a wealth of amenities, from free golf on 41 executive courses to 107 refreshing swimming pools, over a 100 tennis courts, pickleball, and much more.
Yes, the GOLF CART IS INCLUDED. Waiver, proof of active DL and insurance required. We do ask guests to please use ethanol free gas and top it off for the next guests enjoyment.


Guest access
Inside every Village you'll find a recreation area full of resources for your daily enjoyment. All recreation facilities, and the amenities they offer, may vary from center to center but are available for use by any Villages resident and registered guests. The equipment is already there - all you do is show up and have fun! With such a large variety of activities & amenities across The Villages you are sure to find an activity that fits your lifestyle.

Two complimentary lifestyle residential ID cards are available for you to enjoy owner amenities which include free golf on executive courses, refreshing swimming/sports pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, billiards, archery, polo and much more.
There is a $50 (credited back to you) processing fee to be paid by cash or check to The Villages when you pick up your temporary lifestyle IDs at Spanish Spring Sales center. We will send you the form to be filled out for your lifestyle IDs and reimburse/credit you for the Villages filling fee. Please allow at least 48 hours for the processing of these cards.
In addition to the two lifestyle IDs mentioned above, two complimentary guest passes can be obtained with some activity limitations that apply.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place patio cushions inside the golf cart garage, cover the fire pit, & store golf cart in golf cart garage. Please only use the vinyl cleaner provided or water on the floor.
Please pick up any trash outside. Please turn off tvs, the fireplace & all faucets. Please close all the blinds & lock all windows. Please leave the golf cart key on the counter by dishwasher.
Gently VRBO & our rules: guests should treat our home like their home. Guests will be required to pay for beyond normal wear & tear damage, deep or excessive cleaning, & missing items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
This is a quiet area. Kindly request prior approval before inviting visitors. Small gatherings are fine but no loud parties/events on the premises.
Please: Only use the cleaner provided or water for the floor. Leave the space clean and not in need of deep/excessive cleaning.
Guests will be required to pay for unexpected cleaning costs, damage that’s beyond normal wear and tear, and for any missing items.

We enjoy the lifestyle at The Villages. We are minutes away from activities such as golf, pools, archery, tennis, walking tails, billards live entertainment and so much more. The people are friendly. There is the convenience of shops galore but also the serenity of nature and preserves as well. Our community is quant and quiet with many friendly, caring neighbors. We hope you have a chance to meet them during your stay.

What makes this property unique

We are located within The Villages, Florida and it is one of the most well-known 55 Plus Adult Communities globally and one of the best places to retire in Florida. There is a friendly atmosphere, endless activities, and free nightly live entertainment.
With the 2 residential Lifestyle ID available for your stay ($50 transfer fee payable to the Villages), you will have free access to over 100 recreations centers, 100 plus pools, 50 plus golf courses, 46 plus tennis courts, basketball, softball, football, horse shoe, shuffleboard, air gun, the list goes on. There are other club and scheduled events that some do require a fee. Many of these activities are within 5 to 15 minute golf cart drive.
