The Ramona House, sleeps 8, is a true modern gem across the street from the beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms sport kings size beds, plus upstairs family room with fireplace (3rd bedroom with queen sofa bed),with 2.5 bathrooms, new kitchen with great living space Family room with fireplace with deck and ocean view with large flat screen TV. Queen sofa bed in living room with powder room adjacent.
Central air-conditioning and heating.
The house is 1,400 Sq. Ft with additional 600 Sq. Ft of outdoor deck/patio living space, including two connected upstairs ocean views off a main living area and master bedroom. Premium built in 2004, the house is soundproof and has wonderful sliding glass doors throughout. TV is all the rooms and wireless internet included. Parking for up to two cars on the property makes this a truly special house, as parking in Laguna can be a challenge.

Had a wonderful visit in this very nice, clean home with the beach across the street. We each had our own space to sleep and it was perfect for our family. In walking distance to so many restaurants and amenities. We would stay here again if the opportunity comes up in the future.

Fantastic location

Clean and well stocked rental with a fantastic location in Laguna (easily walkable to the beach and everything else). The host was very responsive and kindly showed our family around the property, pointing out where to find beach toys (our kids were with us) and where to go for various activities around town. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Laguna.

Lou was easy to communicate with and setting up a stay was seamless. The place is big and spacious with a balcony every time you turn around. Great place to escape the Phoenix heat. Would stay here again.

Another great stay!

Nothing beats the location! This is my family's 2nd time staying here, and everyone loves the quick walks down to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house has a bath as well as shower, which is perfect for young kids. Check in/out is easy and Lou is responsive if you need something. Looking forward to our next trip back!

Laguna beach swim vacation

My friends and I had a beautiful week in Laguna beach. Due to the proximity of the house to Sleepy Hollow beach, we walked down to the beach and did 3 swims a day! Also it was amazing to be able to walk downtown and PCH for choices of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so convenient to the beach and the Downtown area. The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a desk where one can work remotely. This is an ideal spot for a Laguna Beach vacation. The property is wonderfully kept and well appointed. The owner is very responsive. The location is splendid, close to all that Laguna Beach has to offer. This is our second time staying at the house, but it certainly won’t be the last!

Perfect Laguna Beach

We really enjoyed staying at this rental property. Lou, was great through all the process. It is this most cleanliness rental I have ever been too, everything was well stocked for our stay.
