Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please limit the occupants to the maximum allowed and please no parties. Unauthorized guests exceeding the limit will lead to the cancellation of your reservation. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outdoors but all waste must be removed prior to your departure. Feminine products and wet wipes must not be flushed or additional plumbing charges may apply. Pet Fee is $150. Fence ends at the water`s edge so it is not fully enclosed. Please keep an eye on your fur babies! Please only park in the driveway or garage. Do not park in the grass. Trash and Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays. We are happy to provide a daily itemized receipt upon request for our military members. Following your booking, you will receive a link to complete the check-in form and rental agreement required to finalize your reservation. Otherwise, enjoy your stay. Let us know if you need anything!

We loved this place. The location was perfect, close to the beach and the Navy base, exactly what we needed to visit our son with ease. The house is charmingly decorated, cozy and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The little dock was a particular favorite with our family, as was the dart board and basketball game. And I especially appreciated the quick and friendly communication. Our whole experience was excellent and we would love to stay here again.

Excellent Home Next to a Lovely Pond

The property is located on a lovely pond in a quiet subdivision. It has a large backyard surrounded by a privacy fence. The inside the home is spacious and well appointed. It is just a short drive to the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The management firm of the property is quick to respond to any questions or requests.

This is a very nice home! I was here for a job assignment and brought my wife and small dog. They enjoyed spending time in the large yard and screened porch with such a beautiful view. The host was so considerate to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to shopping. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to this beautiful home!

Absolutely Perfect

This property was absolutely beautiful inside and out. It had everything we needed for cooking and a day at the beach. Taking the kayaks out on the lake gave an amazing view. There was even a shop vac so we were able to vacuum all the sand out of our car before returning home. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean and the beach was only 10 minutes away giving you the seperation from all the noise once you were ready to settle in for the day. I would highly recommend this vacation getaway.
