Lovely Cozy Beach Cottage.

1 mile to Dana Point Harbor& beach. 1 minutes to the
5 freeway.
Grocery store, gas station and mini mall is just around the corner.
You will be staying in the main part of the home.
You have the main kitchen, living room, dining room & master bedroom all with a wide-open concept.
Enjoy the morning sunrise over the mountain and the gorgeous valley view from the Living room or outside patio.
The Capistrano valley view from this home is amazing and the lights of the valley in evening are lovely.
The space
The part of the home you are renting is the main part of the home. It includes the Master Bedroom where the bathroom is located. (Please note) the only bathroom is in the master bedroom. Shower no bathtub.

This rental comes with the main kitchen of the home. The kitchen is still the original (beach bungalow) It has everything but a dishwasher.

This is a single-family one-story home.
I or my host are in the back of the house with separate entrances. Our spaces are very private.

In this home you do hear a little of the normal daily living noises between the two spaces. Such as the shower between the units.

You may see us watering the yard or bump into us in the driveway or garage but other than that we are not by any means on top of each.

I have smaller amounted of stays, but I have been booked nonstop since 2019 by renters 1 to 6 months at a time.

Main Living of the House.
kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bath, side yard and back yard. Backyard is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor gas fireplace. This rental has cozy furniture, and this entire space faces the exquisite Valley and Mountain View’s.
Laundry is located in the garage.

If you are there for the 4th of July, fireworks can be seen from your living space or backyard.

You have driveway parking just steps from the front door allowing easy access to carry grocery's in with no steps.
Air conditioning in the summer for hot days.
A comfy California King bed. Beautiful linens.
Pets Are Family too.
If you have a dog the neighborhood is full of families walking their pets. It’s a beautiful neighborhood.
Other things to note
The bathroom you have is in the master bedroom.
If you come with a guest that will sleep on the futon or large sofa both located in the living room you need to be comfortable sharing the only bathroom that is located within the master bedroom

This space has a nice work station if your working from home with killer views from your desk.
