Upstairs living room features granite countertops, full bathroom and laundry area. The vaulted open beam ceilings and windows allow an abundance of natural light and views of Gunbarrel at Heavenly Ski Resort. The downstairs features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Centrally located to South Shore's beaches, mountain bike riding, dining and entertainment.
