Located a mere two blocks from the base of Park City Mountain Resort, a lavish alpine escape awaits at this 2BR/2BA condo. Highlights include a remodeled kitchen, a grand family room, and stylish furnishings throughout. After fun-filled days of mountain adventures, return home to the Three Kings Condominiums to enjoy the on-site heated pool (open year-round) and hot tub. Walk or ride the complimentary bus to a plethora of eclectic eateries, boutiques, and entertainment options on Main Street.

Start the day with fresh coffee and mountain views on the private deck. Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the beautifully decorated living area. In the evening, get cozy by the gas fireplace and settle in to enjoy shows on the Frame TV with cable and TV apps such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. Prepare delicious meals in the remodeled kitchen, equipped with granite tile countertops and a full suite of sleek appliances. The dining area is elegant and is the perfect space for sharing the day's highlights and delicious meals. The primary bedroom is upstairs and has an adjoining bathroom with shower. The second bedroom is on the main level, and there is a bathroom with shower down the hall. Additional guests (or the kiddos) will enjoy the new sofa sleeper in the living area. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

Living Room: Adjoins the dining room and kitchen area to make one open concept space. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and wonderful views of the surrounding area. HDTV, Cable Service, Streaming Apps.

Easy check in, great location to park city mountain, clubhouse is directly acrossed the street, bus stop is directly out front door. Covered parking was an added bonus.

Great Park City stay

My husband and I had a great stay in PC. The condo has a great layout, was well appointed and the location can't be beat. The shuttle is right in front of the building and allowed for easy access to Main street, skiing and town. Parking is also easy with a designated, covered space just steps from the condo. Highly recommend.

Everything about this place was perfect. Very well decorated, very cozy and comfortable. Had everything to cook with and even had caviar spoons. . Very close to the bottom of the mountain and right across from the pool area. It was perfect for me and my son bc he had the whole up stairs to himself. Parking was easy and right under us. The fireplace and hot tub were a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the cubby for ski equipment! Everything was clean, worked great for 3 including teen on sofa bed which was very comfy even for a movie night! Loved the covered parking. Pool/jacuzzi/club house right across the street & very clean! Management is THE BEST!!! Went out of the way to fix one little issue & was amazing in helping w/anything we needed. They go above & beyond. Don't hesitate to rent from this company or to rent this condo! Thank you!!
