PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Having the most amazing (ground floor) beachfront view at Oceania resort, ensuring the best sunset views every day, and also being tastefully decorated, this unit is rightfully so named the Ocean Extravaganza Three-bedroom condo. This ideally located condo has a great primary bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closets, and a primary en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with queen-size bed and built-in closets; the third bedroom with queen-size bed and built-in closets; and a second full bathroom for your comfort. There is a very large and spacious central room for the living and dining activities, having a large L-shaped 3-3 sofa set and a circular 6-seat dining table; and also a sofa/single-size bed. An enclosed full-sized fully equipped kitchen ensures that you can prepare your daily meals just as at home, whereas the adjacent laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The most exciting area of this unit is the private patio off of the living room, overlooking the world-famous Eagle Beach! Outdoor lounge chairs and patio furniture including a 6-seat outdoor dining table and full-size BBQ grill. One of the resort's three large swimming pools is actually less than 10 yards from this unit's garden! Free broadband wired and wireless internet, three cable TVs, (in the living room and each bedroom) are available for your extra comfort. This unit provides you with 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 1,200 sq. ft. of private patio and garden space. This unit is located in the Eagle (=beach-side) building on the ground floor, right on the Eagle Beach.-Sleeps max 6.
