Very convenient location, close to the beach and downtown area. Apartment is clean, very well equipped, has everything you need to stay and relax. Patio (entrance) has a beautiful view to the ocean side.
P.S. Closest breakfast place just a few steps away "Guayoyo Goffee House" - is very modern and unique cafe, highly recommend it
