In Dennis Port, you'll find a lovely CLEAN 2023 renovated (down to studs) 3-bedroom cottage that's within a short 6-minute drive to breathtaking Cape Cod beaches. Unwind in the cozy living room, then step outside to enjoy the porch, fire pit, and outdoor area.

Prepare delectable meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a cooktop, keurig, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator, grill, and all the essentials. Relax with free WiFi, a smart TV, and a selection of games. Refresh your wardrobe with the in-unit washer and dryer. Whether you're seeking a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation, our cottage offers the perfect home base, just a short drive from Hyannis Harbor and the Cape Codder Water Park.

Cottage is 800 sq ft and located on the Nantucket sound. Cottage is located within a quiet cottage complex (10 cottages) tucked off the beaten path. Cottage is good as brand new, remodeled with summer shades of white, blue, green and seagrass and rattan textures extending a true Cape, beach vacation feel.

Central AC, 2 smart TVs: one in living room and another in the master bedroom, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, wi-fi keyless entry and a Bose speaker to get some tunes going. A summer escape with modern amenities!

Brand new Kitchen features quartz countertops, dishwasher, convection microwave, Keurig (pods or ground coffee), air fryer/toaster oven, blender and induction cooktop.

Front porch offers a dining table along with a Weber Gas Grill. Screened in back porch with 2 comfy chairs, a perfect spot to relax. Outdoor shower and a small yard w/ a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. Washer and dryer are also available within the home.

3 Bedrooms, each with their own personality:

Master Bedroom with shades of blue and pale oak: a queen-sized bed, dresser, 42'' smart tv and a full closet.

Bedroom #2 with shades of green: queen-sized bed, side table, washer/ dryer and a full closet.

Bedroom #3 with shades of off white and blue: 2 twin beds, dresser and back porch access.

All beds have comfortable mattress toppers, new duvets and fluffy throw pillows.

Bathroom features shades of blue/cream and a rain showerhead.

Dennis port is a convenient location to take in all the Cape has to offer. 8 min drive to Harwich port, 20 min drive to Hyannis and Chatham and 55 mins to Provincetown.

1.5 Mile drive to Sea St Beach and walking distance to downtown: Grab breakfast at Rorys or Buckies Biscotti and Bakery Cafe, lunch or dinner at The Red Nun, The Den Cape Cod or the Oyster Company and grab dessert at Holy Cow ice cream- all within a 10 min walking distance.

Few notes:
** Cottage does not offer cable, only streaming services (you need your own account to login) and Samsung tv plus. Kitchen has an induction cooktop, but no oven. Air fryer/toaster oven and a convection microwave are available for baking needs.

Linens are not provided. Linens can be arranged for an additional fee and advance notice.

I do not have a dining table inside the cottage. I have 2 bar stools in the kitchen (you can see in pictures) and the coffee table pulls up and can behave as a table for inside dining. There is a patio table on the front porch (6 chairs).

Parking is only available for 2 cars. No smoking/pets.

Text me when you depart so I can notify the cleaning crew.

The perfect stay!

This vacation home is EXACTLY as advertised. Completely redone top to bottom! Beautifully decorated with a coastal theme, and very clean! Kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but central to everything you’d like to visit on the Cape! I hope to visit this beautiful vacation home again in the future. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Cottage

Cottage was adorable and very well outfitted with all necessary cleaning supplies and cooking utensils…..what a joy not to have to pack all of that.Directions for use of appliances, air conditioner etc were readily available and easily under stood.Contact with owner was easily accomplished.If we do plan a return visit to the Cape next year, we will definitely contact Dawn.Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

Cape Cod for me has always been such an escape, there is something to be said about being 'over the bridge'. As a Massachusetts native, I have been coming to Cape Cod since I was a kid and ramped up my visits when I became an adult. I have so many fond memories of the cape and when the opportunity presented itself to purchase a slice of heaven, I jumped at it!

Cape Cod is a place to make memories year after year and I truly hope you enjoy your time here on Cape Cod, and thank you for considering spending your time at the 'unnamed' cottage.

Why they chose this property

The cottage, which we have yet to name (please leave a suggestion!) is a true labor of love. Blood, sweat and a few tears, a renovation of any size is full of excitement! We purchased in April of 2022 and gutted to the studs in Jan of 2023, replacing every inch of the cottage inside. Our goal was to embrace the true feel of a vacation, the ocean and what Cape Cod means to us in addition to providing key amenities. Modern amenities available such as keyless entry, central AC, smart TV's, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and a new kitchen and bath.

We chose Dennis port because we loved the cottage community and location; walking distance to the downtown, centrally located to so many Cape Cod towns, (which all have their own personalities) and access to the best beaches on the cape, the Dennis beaches!

What makes this property unique

Dennis offers some of the best beaches on the cape. Sea St beach, the closest to the cottage is about 1.5 miles away and also features the Sea Street Beach Grill, always a good option when you just don't feel like packing the cooler. Some fabulous Dennis port restaurants include The Ocean House Restaurant, the Ocean House Beach Bar (water view w/ comfy outdoor furniture, beach bar w/ mudslides or anything that scream 'vacation'- for you, one of my favorite spots) and the Pelham House. For causal eats across Nantucket sound (and Glendon Beach) stop by the Sailing Cow, listen to some live music at the Red Nun or for oyster shooting swing by the Oyster Company. For a small little port.. Dennis port packs a punch! Additional Nantucket sound beaches close to the cottage: Depot St, Raycroft, Haigis Beach, Glendon Beach and Inman. West Dennis Beach, which offers the largest amount of sandy walking beach and parking, is about a 4.5-mile drive. Bay side beaches such as Mayflower or Cold Storage beaches are about an 8 1/2-mile drive. SO much personality- Bay side and Nantucket sound beaches all in one town- Dennis!
