WE ARE NEW TO VRBO BUT NOT TO HOSTING! Check out our guest reviews on airbnb. Kick back and relax in this meticulously updated downstairs unit at the base of the beautiful Chalk Cliffs in Nathrop, CO. Clean and comfortable with a 3/4 bath, queen sized bed, full kitchen stocked with basic essentials, dining table/chairs and two lounge chairs. Spacious outdoor patio area allows you to relax and take in the amazing views of the surrounding mountains and enjoy the serenity of this secluded spot. Close to Mt Princeton Hot Springs and numerous trails and outdoor recreation.
This is a lovely remodeled downstairs studio unit in a mountain cabin. Due to the size of this unit and per county regulations, there is a 2 person maximum for this unit. There is a completely separate unit upstairs which is run as a long term rental, so during your stay, there may be tenants in the upstairs unit.
There is no cell service, however there is wifi, so if you have a smartphone, you can enable wifi calling and send and receive calls. The wifi is Starlink and averages 100mbps.
The unit is located 12 miles from Buena Vista and just 24 miles from Salida and only 3 miles from Mt Princeton Hot Springs and 8 miles from St Elmo.
