The home is situated on a scenic two-and-a-half-acre lot offering b breathtaking surrounding views of the Southwestern Utah landscape. A private deck comes furnished with chaise lounges to relax and soak in the view, and yard games are also provided for added outdoor fun. Bryce Canyon National Park is only 35 miles up the road and Zion National Park is just over 50 miles south, making this an ideal base camp for national park explorers and outdoor adventurers.

A gas range and sleek, stainless steel appliances are equipped for chef-worthy meal inspiration. Complimentary WiFi and smart TVs are equipped for home entertainment and remote work accessibility.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
