Newly redecorated on the inside in a contemporary mountain style with tile floors, warm faux finish painting, and beautiful woodwork, this home is a perfect home base for your mountain vacation. Convenient to everything – minutes to town, nordic trails, and the Peak 8 mountain base, this home offers something for everyone.
Cozy up in the bright great room on leather couches and armchairs by the fireplace and flat-screen TV and recap the day’s adventures. The open kitchen is a cook’s dream with custom cabinetry, beautiful countertops, a 6-burner cooktop, and a center island. Bar seating allows guests a place to chat with the chef or enjoy coffee in the morning.
An elegant dining area nearby seats eight, with French doors that open to the patio area for summer dining and grilling. Warm yourself up by the fire pit or relax in the hot tub under the Colorado nighttime sky.
On the main level is a split king suite (or 2 XL twins) with plenty of natural light and a beautiful private bathroom. On the upper level is the spacious primary suite with a king bed, sitting area, TV, skylights, private deck, and additional queen sleeper sofa. The beautifully remodeled ensuite bath has a soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and dual sinks. Another king bedroom is nearby, sharing a hall bath with the bunk room with 4 twin beds the kids will love.
Other amenities include a 2-bay garage with parking for 5 cars total, a washer and dryer, an easy walk to the free shuttle to Peak 8, and a short walk to the Nordic center for XC skiing. Please note that street parking is prohibited.

SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
