Paradise at Seawinds Amazing Beachfront Townhome!

Welcome to Paradise at Seawinds! This gem is located on the beach, so you can walk out of the back door and right onto the sand! Perched on Old Scenic Highway, we are close to many fun activities, stores and restaurants. Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Grill (a local favorite) as well as Alvin's Island (guest favorite) are both just a stone's throw from us. Fun in the sun never has to end while staying at Paradise at Seawinds!

We also provide a starter pack which includes: hand and body soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent. Once the starter pack runs out the guest is responsible to replenish their stock.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. This multi-purpose neutral PH, germicidal detergent and deodorant is effective on a wide variety of pathogens. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
