Located between the two towers at the Ka’anapali Honua Kai Resort, this contemporary appointed second floor Villa, built in 2019, offers a sunset facing view of the neighboring island of Lanai.

The location of Luana Garden Villa 6D offers a unique blend of a feeling of privacy while still being only steps from Ka’anapali Beach, resort pools, and the other Honua Kai Resort amenities. The two sets of private stairs from the lanai (balcony) and front door allow easy access to the Enclave’s pool, hot tub, and fire pit.

Guests and family will enjoy all 2000+ sq ft of the luxurious interior living area. You will enjoy premium appliances, fixtures, the fully furnished living areas, with everything you need for the perfect Maui beach vacation.

Notable villa features include an inviting kitchen area with Bosch stainless steel appliances and all the needed kitchen items for you to prepare your favorite meals and refreshments.
Sliding pocket doors open to reveal a spacious 500+ sq ft elevated lanai area with plenty of lounging and dining space. The lanai area has an outdoor kitchen complete with its own Coyote BBQ grill, sink and refrigerator. A spacious laundry room features a full-size washer, vented dryer, and sink.

The Three bedrooms offer family friendly luxury with three king beds, one in each bedroom. There are two master suites, each with a private lanai and ensuite bathroom. The king bed in the third bedroom can be converted to two XL twin beds. The third bedroom accesses a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa allowing sleeping accommodations for 8.

This owner hosted Villa features a private driving entrance and garage with one garage parking space. There is also an additional parking space in the Villa’s driveway. Inside the garage you will find beach chairs and an ice cooler for you. This is a family friendly Villa.

Maui Wowie

We were looking for a place for a family/friends (1 teenager and 3 Adults) for Spring Break. Was really excited when we found this location, because it was ideal for beach activities plus quick access to activities on the island. The host was very helpful - from making sure that the Villa was set up for the younger occupants, to restaurants, luau recommendations plus activities recommended for our stay. We had an incredible time. Would definitely recommend this Villa and Host. 5 Stars!!!!!

Gorgeous rental!

We very much enjoyed our stay at 6D. Location was perfect and set back from the hustle and bustle of the resort. We definitely want to come back. Monty was quick with responding and Dennis sent restaurant suggestions and was super helpful. March was the perfect time to see many whales. We already miss being there.

Our family has been vacationing on Maui for a very long time. We love the feeling of Ohana found in West Maui. The beauty of this part of the island has always been special to me and my family. Helping others make great memories is fun and very satisfying for me.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy Luana Garden Villa 6D before construction even started. We have always loved to stay at the Honua Kai resort when we went to Maui. When the Villas were initially proposed as an add to the Resort we did not hesitate to buy a Villa. My wife and I selected our Villa because of its Western facing Lanai. Family friendly floor plan. Also being on the second floor offers a level of privacy even though the Villa is only steps from the beach, pools, and Dukes.

The Villas offered space and floor plans for families and groups with no elevators and its own 2 parking spaces. The enclave pool and amenities really appealed to us.

What makes this property unique

The disappearing glass panel doors that separate the living and Kitchen areas from the massive lanai. The whole house seems to open up to the view of the ocean and Island of Lanai. I think the large size of the Villa and floor plan allow for families to be together but also the bedrooms are a bit removed and quiet.
Finally the Villa feels very new and contemporary.
