Quiet, peaceful lakefront cottage on North Pond. Webber Charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, inflatable floats, etc. The cottage is open concept with a screened in porch. Table and chairs on the lawn for outdoor dining.

Built in the 1930's this cozy, vintage cottage with personality — is perfect for those who love character over perfection.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put the trash in the bin in the shed and cover it if you are leaving on a day other than Friday. If you are leaving on a Friday please put covered trash can up by the road prior to 7:00 am.
Please turn off the AC, Also, make sure you scramble the numbers after putting the key in the lock box! Thank you!
Please put sheets in the washing machine, towels on top of the washing machine.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What isn't there to say about this property. Absolutely gorgeous property. Gradual sandy slope into the lake. Cool breeze every night. Accommodating kitchen and Weber charcoal grill. Quite and private. A washer and dryer for convenience, lake toys, croquet. The list goes on and on of amenities. Jane was super accommodating for a day early check in and was very easy to communicate with. She also stocked us with many different coffee pods and left a very nice welcome bag of Maine goodies to enjoy. Truly a 5 star stay. Would definitely recommend.

The camp was centrally located in Smithfield between Oakland and Belgrade. Which makes it an ideal location to be able to go to both towns for either dinner or shopping. The camp itself is very nicely furnished. The property itself is well maintained and very accessible. Two of the guests had their walkers with them and they were able to access both the area in front of the camp on the lake as well as entering the camp without any difficulty. The owner had provided top notch cooking utensils, pans, dishware and a Keurig with the pods. She even provided 5 gallon water jugs for the purpose of cooking and drinking water because the faucet is directly from the lake. All of this information was clearly stated in the description. All in all it was a fantastic week at a wonderful location.

We had such a relaxing long weekend. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the view was spectacular. Jane was wonderful to work with and highly recommend!
