About this property

The Hamptons - a luxury Cebu Condo near Ayala

A luxury studio condo in the heart of Cebu City. Walking distance to Ayala and across Landers. Belo Medical Group, Laundry, Restaurants, Gym, Pool and more are located in the building. Very convenient.

“The Hamptons” studio unit is inspired from the serene and dynamic qualities of the ocean. Soft calming hues and sandy neutrals form the color palette, while textures mimic the fluidity of waves and the smoothness of beach pebbles. Sleek and contemporary furniture with clean lines creates a sense of sophistication, complemented by reflective surfaces to evoke the shimmering play of light on water.

This place has no garbage bags. No instructions for throwing garbage. No cleaning during stay for 1week. Only 2 towels are provided for 1 week stay. There’s is laundry service but it takes time and cost so expensive. Fruit flys are in the showerroom and only cold water. Dishes are unclean.
