LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This house is located just minutes away from gorgeous beaches, golf courses and parks. 2 minutes from Downtown Gardens and the Gardens Mall with fine restaurants, ample shopping and plenty of family entertainment.
5 Minutes from Whole foods, Publix and Trader Joe's.
15 min from Palm Beach International Airport and Downtown West Palm Beach.
TRUE TO THE PICTURES, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath house is recently remodeled with new furniture, and designed with your comfort in mind. Very comfortable living room, 3 smart TV's, Fast WI-FI, Kitchen with all the essentials, new beds with all white linens, white comforters, reading lights and games for the whole family. Extra private room for yoga with MASSAGE CHAIR and working area.
Fully fenced backyard, screened patio with dinning table and fire pit.

ABOUT DISINFECTING...
All towels, linens, including comforters in ALL of our properties are collected after every guest, washed and disinfected at our central location and given in vacuum sealed bags to the cleaning crew for the next guest.

This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had! My husband and I chose this property based on the location and pictures online and it was all that and more. The neighborhood is quaint and great location to walk to local restaurants and shops. The house had all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a plus! Panos was an incredible host who was super responsive and on top of any requests we had. 5 star stay all the way around!

Property is well managed and Panos is an excellent host. Hot tub and fire pit are great for evenings and the outdoor dining room was a big hit also. Will definitely stay here again on future trips to Palm Beach Gardens area

It would have been nice if there could have been separate towels for the hot tub. We ran out of toilet paper and had to get more. The cooking pans and utensils were limited to cook. It would have been nice to have aluminum foil and baggies too. There were also no towels or dishcloths in the kitchen.
