It's A Great Location! It has a Star War Room with 4 Full size beds, a Princess Room with 2 twin beds, also Mickey Room with a full and twin beds, and other 5 king size Room . The XBox and Football Game, Basketball Game on 2nd Floor. Also, Outdoor private heated pool, those for 21 people , a big family to spend their amazing time here, enjoy the weather and theme park, which is 20 mins away. 5 mins to downtown Championsgate and publix, 10 mins to walmart, target, bestbuy, BJ's whole sales club . Outside of the property and poolsides has surveillance devices only for security purposes.

Family Summer Vacation

The property is maintained and exactly what is shown in the pictures. There were a couple damages in the upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom that I shared with Steven but nothing that interrupted our stay. Steven was apologetic and responded quickly. My family and I enjoyed the home and it's proximity to the clubhouse amenities. We will stay here again if the property is available.

Our Vacation group

The property was very nice and we enjoyed the location. Everybody had enough space, first house we rented with 8 bedrooms and yea we will return to this house if open when we decide to come back to Fl. We did have a couple of problems, one bed broken, freeze door broke and one of the shower was slow dropping but we worked it out. Also put dish towels in the kitchen and a stopper for the sink, kitchen. But over all I liked and enjoyed this house. I also like the trash picked up more than one time a day.

Host very responsive to needs

Great spaciousness for our needs. Terrific area close to pools/retreat club within walking distance. Host was very responsive to needs. Loved daily trash pick-up. One burner on stove not working. Home itself in need of good carpet/wall/deep clean. Very MINIMAL supplies on arrival (no salt/one paper towel roll/no laundry detergent/ limited towels, one tiny dish rag/etc). Plan to do shopping for essentials within first day or two of arrival. Pool temperature too cold for comfortable swimming even paying fee to heat to 82 degrees. "Hot" tub not really a HOT tub... unless they change their policy of only heating to 82 degrees. Overall for the price I felt it was a decent value for our large group of 19. I REALLY appreciated the host and understand he is a little STUCK as far as arrival supplies and pool heating, as apparently that is the house owners call. Thank you Stephen for hosting us.
